This trailer is one that you must see! Not too long ago, we featured a young lady who makes it her business to discuss issues as they relate to colorism. There is a documentary coming out, Dark Girls, that discusses these issues. Why, you ask? The reason why there is a documentary is because this issue is very relevant to our lives and has been for quite some time.

While watching this trailer, it triggered so many emotions for me. Please watch this and support the creators of this documentary. You can also find them online, via Facebook or on Twitter.

I must tell you that it always excites me to find goodies in my mailbox. This product line is called Poetisa's Palette and prides itself on natural products for the hair and skin.

Before we go into the actual products, I would like to share my impression of the product delivery and more:

Packaging

I really like the small jars. When it comes to natural products, it is a must that I be able to get every last drop out of the package. Jars are good. Natural products are usually not cheap! Nothing should go to waste. Great choice!

There was also a personal touch that I really enjoyed. There was a post-card with instructions on how to use each product as well as warnings. For example, you are advised not to use a specific product on the face. I really enjoyed this personal touch.
