Rose Water Shea Butter Hand Cre'me

E-mail Print PDF

Okay, here goes my first product review for All Tressed Up.  Let me introduce you to Shea Terra Organics, the perfect product line if being 99.5-100% organic, supports sustainable growth through trade, ecologically responsible and being priced just right is of importance to you.

FYI extras:

  • Women owned company
  • Many ingredients are sourced straight from Africa
  • No artificial fragrances, fillers or animal testing are included in the production of the products

Shea Terra OrganicsAs a chronic hand exfoliator by default due to all of the manicures and pedicures I perform.  So I tried Shea Terra Organics Rose Water Shea Butter Hand Creme a few times to see if the two main ingredients, Rose Water, known for it’s soothing and healing properties, and the Shea Butter, known for aiding various skin conditions could really assist with the drying hands I sometimes experience after a rigorous day of work.

I absolutely love how this crème goes on a bit thick but really absorbs into the skin, leaving it feeling thoroughly moisturized without feeling greasy.  Being that I really don’t enjoy the fragrance of roses, it’s an added benefit that the aroma doesn’t linger on forever, but the hydrated feeling does.

This product is highly recommended to those individuals who experience rough, dry and cracked skin of the hands especially during these up and coming fall and winter months.

Final Answer…… Price + Quality = Great Purchase!

Carol's Daughter Hair Milk is known to be out of stock more often than not and that is because it is soooooo wonderful!  This is another one of my favorite products to use on my natural tresses.  Once again, Carol's Daughter got me hooked with another tantalizing fragrance and this time it is the scent of lemongrass!  It is such a pleasant, yet awakening fragrance.  Perfect to begin your day with a refreshing aroma.

Grapeseed Oil

When it comes to natural beauty this natural oil has many benefits.

Health Benefits

According to a study University of Maryland report, grapeseed oil has been proven to lower cholesterol and high blood pressure.  In addition the extract has inhibited the growth of cancer cells (in test tubes only).

If you have time to relax a local massage table, this may be the oil you want to request as it decreases stress in the body.  Because it comes from grapes, you can definitely consume this oil.  This oil is naturally low in cholesterol and due to its actual vitamin and mineral content, can actually be a safe alternative.
