The Business
Goddess Body Wellness is dedicated to holistic health with a focus on women’s health and well-being. Product offerings include detoxification and cleansing programs, nutritional consultations and movement (exercise) consultations.
Her primary program, Goddess Body Detox® system, is offered in the form of seven, fourteen or twenty-one day sessions. These programs are designed to rid your body of toxins that over time accumulate in the body causing dis-ease. Based on custom 100% natural herbal tea blends, these substances are designed to remove the toxins from your body at the cellular level.
Nutritional consultations are one component of the program. These sessions take place at your local grocery store while Baker shows you how to choose food wisely and read labels. Meal composition is also an integral part of the nutritional consultation.
“Many people believe you have to consume meat in order to acquire protein. This is not true. There is protein present in dark leafy vegetables, beans and even avocado. I teach you how to choose live foods, which possess healing properties that meat will not render.”
Goddess Body Movement® (fitness) consultations consist of group workshops or individualized sessions offered three times per week. Movement consists of dance, low impact aerobics and strength training without the use of weights.

Scent
Believe it or not some of us are unable to identify a vegetable if we saw it. I will admit that at some point, asparagus was one that I could not identify. Now easily recognizable by its spear shape, I have learned to welcome this vegetable into my diet. While I have yet to cook it myself, the day is coming soon.
